Dish-level Price Deltas — restaurants HAAT shares with competitors

Same restaurant, same dish, matched across platforms. Positive = competitor charges more.

HAAT's ~23% commission + no operational fee (vs Wolt ~27% + a 5%-capped op-fee) lets partner restaurants price lower on HAAT and still net more. Every positive delta below is a merchant-acquisition argument.

Coverage = share of tracked restaurants in the selected area each platform lists. The gap between HAAT and the leaders is the addressable target pool on the Acquisition tab.

What's real vs mocked in this prototype: restaurant names, cuisines & competitor ratings are pulled from Wolt's live public API for Tel Aviv. Platform-presence flags, 10bis/HAAT prices, order estimates & opportunity scores are synthesized to demonstrate the workflow. In production these come from nightly Wolt + 10bis scrapes joined onto HAAT's first-party catalog via the Hebrew/Arabic entity-resolution engine — with a live precision/recall figure benchmarked against HAAT's own data.
